• We do not store or process data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

• Role-based access control with multiple levels of API keys.
• Isolated databases with restricted access.
• Conversation history with a limited time to live (TTL) and automatic deletion.
• Webhook validation using cryptographic signatures (HMAC-SHA256).
• Continuous monitoring and regular security updates.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law. Conversation data has a limited retention period and is deleted automatically.

Under Uruguayan law (Law 18.331 on Personal Data Protection) and applicable regulations, you have the right to:
